Our Story

We created the network we wanted to attend.

Co-founded by George Moen and Howard Olsen, a pair of serial entrepreneurs who understood the power of business networking but were disenfranchised by the poor quality and ineffectiveness of the networks available to them, High Output Business Network was created to fill a massive void in the market for a networking platform that attracted serious professionals and fostered real trust-based relationships while facilitating business exchange quickly.

A culture of reciprocity

Our system was born from the simple idea that we’re all sellers in search of new markets and customers, but we are all also simultaneously wearing the purchasing hat in search of goods, services and critical key connections to run our businesses.

We discovered that by shifting the traditional networking paradigm from a undirectional self-centred sales pitch  to a bi-directional formula that includes explaining not only who you are and what you do, but also requests that you share what you’re looking for, an open environment was created where all members fully engage one another.   Real people share real connections and real intelligence in live time.  Rolodexes willingly open at our meetings and people genuinely help one another.

Backed by technology, not replaced by it

In this age of “Virtual Everything” including the explosion of social netoworks, we don’t use technology to replace live human interaction, we use the web to support it.  A subscription based social network for business people, High Output puts the the human element front and center to build deep trust-based relationships.  We then combine those relationships with simple integrated technology to bring powerful results to you.
